I was at the airport and had purchased a not-so-good Chai Latte from another vender, and felt that I still needed to find a good one. I saw the sign for Hugo down the concourse and headed right over. The fact that their spokesman was a dog was all I needed to support this business. The decor was everything a dog lover could want to make me feel welcome. There was even a patron in front of me who brought their dog in to get their coffee fix. The icing on the cake is that the business supports animals in need. I ordered and waited while they made my Chai Latte. I was able to check out all the dog decor and learn about the charitable options. Once I got my drink, I sat down the relaxed for a few minutes. I enjoyed my experience and returned again the next time I was at the airport.

Clean. Cheerful vibe. Good matcha latte-not overly matcha where you taste mostly bitterness, a common problem I find at other places. Also they have GIANT rice crispy treats. Yum! My next stop...the dentist. Thanks for reading.

Mocha Coffee was good. Croissant sandwich was good but very pricey! Wow. Both plus a $2 tip was about $18 dollars. Forgot to take a picture before I ate it lol.

They had decaf, which is good for ME. The service was QUICK, which is good for an airport location. AND, the prices were reasonable, which is AMAAAZING for an airport location. Friendly service too. Only had 2 sugar-free flavors though...

There are a few things in life that bring me joy; coffee, dogs and travel are at the top of that list. Hugo Coffee Roasters checks those boxes by serving me coffee in an airport and supports dogs. Yes! The décor is inviting with larger than life pictures of dogs and brightly colored walls. It's a place I enjoy hanging around. However, since I'm here to catch a flight, I'll enjoy my drink and be on my way-hopefully to somewhere exotic! Service was terrific and the blueberry muffin was outstanding. The nice lady behind the counter offered to heat it up and I shamelessly scarfed down the whole thing. Yum! Or should I say, "woof!"

I have been buying Hugo's coffee for years and absolutely jumped at the opportunity to visit this location while traveling through SLC airport. The coffee had amazing flavors for both caffeinated and decaf options. The iced latte was amazing! The service was quick and attentive. There were a nice amount of tables and areas to sit, with various adorable pictures of Hugo and friends on the walls. Merch was also adorable!

What's better than dogs and coffee? Woman owned and founded, Claudia McMullin combined her love of coffee and rescue pups to support animal rescues and sanctuaries. I prefer this coffee to Star$, any day.
